So this year I've decided to get back into cooking, there's currently a pork joint marinating to be slow cooked tomorrow but today I made an udon noodle soup with Kim chi dumplings, egg, surimi sticks and oyster mushrooms for lunch. It was nomtastic! #udon #noodles #Japanese #comfortfood
