What I take. Creatine will be brought in if strength gains suffer too much for my liking during the cut but will be cut out last week. Isoflex in my opinion is one of the purest proteins on the market with pretty good taste. If your protein is giving you stomach issues it most likely isn't great quality protein by zbsana
