Some NY eve #homecooking with my sister, #silverbeet that's been lightly fried so it wilts and then squeezed of all excess moisture, stired in with #ricotta #fetta grated #parmesan and some fried chopped #onion then seasoned with a lil salt, add an #egg to bind, cut #puffpastry into 4 squares and fill, fold the corners into the middle and leave the slits open, this was baked in 200 degrees c fan forced oven for 20 min, #notreallylowcarb oh well it tasted so good I ate 2 and I keep eyeing the rest
