Chocolate #IceCream 〰 Clean Modification 😋🍦🍫 Do you think that eating clean means giving up your love for #chocolate?! Then the honest answer is NOPE! Although I do not have a sweet tooth (no seriously, I don't lolol 😄 Believe it or not, ever since I was a child I never liked sweets!👼 My family never hid candy in the house because they knew I wouldn't really eat them. I've always been a savory snack person; chips, cheese balls, cheese sticks 😍😍😍 ... Oh, and not to mention, the BEST neighbourhood tree climber! Hahaha 😄😄 I would scale the fruit trees in our garden/yard, and that of other neighbours, in two seconds hahahaha - **good'ole childhood memories**😊). Anyway, I've never been a sweet tooth person, but when I feel like munching on something this is a great healthy alternative to #chocolateicecream that is not only #vegan, but 100% guilt free!! INGREDIENTS: 🍦 1 frozen banana 🍦 1 leveled tbsp raw cacao powder 🍦 1 tsp agave (or honey if you prefer) 🍦 Pinch of instant coffee or espresso (but this is optional - I like adding coffee to anything chocolate because it's an old chef's trick, as coffee heightens the taste of coffee) 🍦 Raw cacao nibs for toppings HOW TO: Bees the frozen banana in about 1" length (makes it easier to purée) then purée in a food processor until it starts to come together but not completely smooth 〰 then add your agave/honey and purée 〰 then add your cacao powder and coffee and purée one last time 〰 spoon out into a serving bowl and garnish with cacao nibs 〰 If you like, enjoy as is or put in the freezer for 10 mins to set a bit more 〰 Enjoy!! 😋 Try it out and tag me in your photos 😉 via Instagram by thehealthyaffair
